A quiet brain leads to a happy heart. If there are on average 60,000 thoughts a day and 80% of those thoughts are negative, that's about 48,000 negative thoughts per day! Let's subtract those from the brain to make space for positive thoughts. Science shows that our thoughts create emotions, so let’s make our thoughts pretty ones. Meditation is not about sitting still and 'not thinking'. It's about getting into the body and heart.
